For villas, flowers may be left at the door; for apartments, at the door or with reception; for hotels, hospitals, schools and offices, they may be handed to reception or security where permitted. For Emirates accommodation, the recipient must be present at the time of delivery. The recipient will always be informed about the delivery.

If a particular flower is unavailable, we may replace it with a flower of equal or higher value, maintaining the overall style, colour palette and quality of the arrangement as closely as possible.

We aim for a high level of resemblance to the product shown online. However, flowers are natural products, and slight variations in colour, size, shape and bloom stage may occur. These natural variations do not affect the overall style or quality of the arrangement.

Kept indoors in an air-conditioned room, most of our fresh bouquets stay beautiful for around 5 to 7 days, and often longer in the cooler months. Heat and humidity are the deciding factor here — flowers left in direct sun, on a balcony, or in a parked car can wilt within hours, so bring them inside and into water as soon as they arrive. Keep them out of direct air-conditioning airflow too, which dries petals quickly.

Keep the bouquet in good condition and never store it in a freezer, as frozen flowers are not suitable for resin preservation.
