Refund Policy
- If you receive an incorrect product or experience a quality issue, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos and videos. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund for the product. Alternatively, we may provide a replacement or a different gift of equal value. All resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

To request an order cancellation, you must contact us via email or phoneΒ at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Our team will review your request and respond accordingly.

Same-day cancellation requests (on the day of delivery) are not eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.

A 5% transaction fee may be deducted from the refund amount for approved cancellations.
