No. The initial booking payment secures your wedding date and covers consultation, planning, design preparation, and supplier reservations, many of which are non-refundable. Reserving your date also means we decline other bookings for that day.
Yes. A refundable security deposit starting from AED 3,000 applies to hired props, stands, vases, candles, and other event accessories. The amount depends on the quantity and value of the items hired and is fully refunded once all items are returned in good condition. The exact deposit amount will be stated in your proposal.
We accept bank transfers (our preferred payment method) as well as all major credit and debit cards.
Depending on your wedding requirements, additional charges may apply for delivery, installation, setup, dismantling, collection, or venue logistics. Any applicable fees will always be clearly itemised in your quotation before confirmation.
The initial booking payment is non-refundable. If you cancel within 5 days of making your final payment, we may refund 50% of the final payment amount. After this period, no refunds can be issued as planning and preparations will already be underway. Weddings booked within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
