What are the payment terms for booking a wedding?

To ensure that we can fully dedicate our time and resources specifically to your wedding, we've established the following payment plan, which is outlined below along with an example:

Imagine the wedding is scheduled for 1 May 2023, and you received the proposal on 1 February 2023. The overall cost quoted in the proposal was AED 20,000.

Why initial booking is non-refundable? 

  • The initial booking fee typically secures your chosen date and we exclusively reserve our time and resources for you on that date. 
  • A portion of the initial booking amount goes towards the early stages of planning and organizing your wedding.
  • Some of the fees might be used to secure services from our vendors & partners, who may also have non-refundable policies.
  • In the event of cancellation, it protects us from losing potential business we could have secured for that date, and the non-refundable initial booking helps mitigate this loss.
  • The non-refundable nature of the booking fee encourages serious commitments from clients, ensuring that they are dedicated to holding the event as planned.

Do you require a security deposit for props used for the event? 

Absolutely! We do ask for a refundable security deposit, which you'll get back once we receive all the props and accessories used for your event. The deposit amount starts at AED 3000 and can vary based on how many items you're using. Don't worry, this amount will be clearly stated in your proposal too, so you'll know exactly what to expect.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Feel free to make your payment either through a bank transfer (preferable) or using your credit/debit card.

Are there any additional fees or charges we should be aware of?

Just so you know, there might be some charges for setting up, delivering, and picking up items. But don't worry, we'll make sure to outline all these costs clearly in your proposal.

What is your cancellation policy?

Most of your final payment is used for the last stages of planning, organizing, and setting up resources for your event. This makes handling cancellations tricky, but we do realize that sometimes unexpected circumstances can happen. That's why we have the following cancellation terms outlined below:

  • As mentioned earlier, the initial booking amount is non-refundable. 
  • In case you need to cancel within 5 days of making your final payment, we can consider your cancellation and provide a refund of 50% of the final payment amount. Beyond this 5-day window, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer any refunds.
  • Should your wedding or event be scheduled at short notice, within a 30-day timeframe, we regret that we cannot process cancellations or issue refunds under these circumstances
